Falling for Gratitude :: 30 Days of Gratitude – A Journal for Mama and Me

[pinterest count=”horizontal”] Fall is upon us, and the hustle and bustle of the holiday season are swiftly approaching. This time of the year, ideally, is intended to be about gratitude and giving thanks. But it is easy to allow holiday stressors such as (and certainly not limited to) travel, schedules, budgets, and families to turn this time of year from enjoyable to overwhelming.

Here are 30 days of gratitude and mindfulness journal prompts.

They are designed for moms, dads, grandparents, and even children to enjoy together!

Mama and Me Gratitude Journal

A Teaching Opportunity

This is a great way to introduce and teach our children about gratitude as well as an opportunity for us to intentionally practice by implementing mindfulness in our own lives. These daily activities can be modified as appropriate, depending on the age of your child. Be creative! Modify prompts into interactive craft activities or stick to the traditional journal entry. Create a gratitude jar where you can place your daily journal entries. You may return to them at the end of the month to review. The possibilities are endless!
